Wilcox develops innovative, world class electro-mechanical combat systems for today’s warfighters and law enforcement officers. We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Intern to join our Operations team. This role is ideal for a student or early‑career professional looking to gain meaningful exposure to how a fast‑paced manufacturing and business environment operates. The intern will assist with day‑to‑day operational activities, support ongoing cross‑functional projects, and learn established professional workflows and best practices. Working closely with experienced team members, the intern will receive mentorship, contribute to real‑world process improvements, and build practical skills that support future career growth. This opportunity provides hands‑on experience, collaborative team engagement, and practical insights into operational efficiency and project execution.

- Assist with project coordination, administrative tasks, and general operational support to keep daily activities running smoothly.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare summaries or reports that contribute to decision‑making and project planning.
- Support team members by helping maintain documentation, scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and coordinating communication across departments.
- Help organize records, files, and project artifacts to ensure accurate tracking and accessibility of key information.
- Participate actively in team meetings by sharing observations, asking questions, and contributing ideas to improve processes or workflows.
- Perform other duties as assigned to advance departmental goals, gaining exposure to a wide range of operational functions.
Education & Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college/university program.
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, with a willingness to learn additional platforms or systems as needed.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and openness to taking on new challenges.
- Walking, sitting, bending, standing, pulling and lifting up to 55 lbs.
